The schematic of the status output circuit is shown in Figure 21.

Strobe Output

The strobe output is used to activate a photo strobe at the instant of image acquisition.

The device to be activated should have optically isolated inputs. The strobe output

signal is a pulse of 20 to 30 mA, with a duration of about two horizontal line scans. The

active sense (or polarity) of this output is high.
