• Check if you have correctly customized the “tmc6700.reg” or “tmc1000.reg” ﬁle for the Windows

registry and register REG ﬁle. To register the REG ﬁle, double-click REG ﬁle from Windows

Explorer. When Windows correctly registered the ﬁle, it will show message box, which says “Infor-

mation in ******.reg has been successfully entered into the registry.”

• Check whether your serial communication port conﬂicts with other devices.
